因公司業務發展需要，綜合考慮成本及服務，我們慎重決定將公司在香港的收款賬戶及銀行業務，從匯豐香港銀行轉入中國銀行香港分行。

Due to the needs of the company's business development and considering both costs and services, we have carefully decided to transfer the company's collection account and banking business in Hong Kong from HSBC Hong Kong to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

自本通知發佈之日起，我司上海雅風電子元件有限公司及雅風電子(香港)有限公司，所有的港幣HKD和美金USD收款賬戶將全部啟用新的銀行信息，舊賬戶即刻停用。

From the date of this notice, our Shanghai Arfine Electronic Components Co., Ltd. and Arfine Electronics (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. will use new bank information for all HKD and USD receiving accounts, and the old accounts will be immediately deactivated.

匯款到舊的賬戶可能會被退款並致您損失銀行費，敬請貴司通知財務部門並更新系統銀行信息。

Remittance to the old account may result in a refund and loss of bank fees for you. Please inform your finance department and update our banking information in your system.
